Foreign Languages Student Policies

Lesson Plans:
Lessons may be booked on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Monthly Plans: Our Monthly plan allows you to pay on a monthly basis for the lessons you will be taking the following month. The month begins on the day you sign up.
Quarterly Plan: With this plan, you are scheduled for three months of lessons (12 lessons) and you receive the 13th lesson free of charge. If you continue with this plan for one year, you actually end up getting one whole month of lessons for free!

Lesson Payments:
All lessons are paid in advance. This guarantees the time slot is reserved for the instructor. All payments must be made seven days before your last pre-paid class.
Lesson payments must be made via major credit cards through PayPal, cash or check.
You will only pay in advance for the lessons you plan on taking in the following month. For example, if you are on vacation for two weeks and will only be taking two lessons instead of four, you only have to pay for the two lessons scheduled.

Rescheduling:
Once enrolled, you will work directly with your instructor to handle rescheduling of single lessons as needed. Oksana School of Languages policy is that the student must give the instructor at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a lesson. Changes made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the student losing that lesson.
To make more permanent changes to your lessons, such as changing day/time, lesson duration, or location; you must contact Oksana School of Languages directly. Please note that these changes require 72 hours notice.

Lateness:
Students must arrive on time for their lessons. The class must begin and end at the agreed time. Our teachers may have other commitments immediately after your lesson, so please try not to be late.

Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel a lesson, the cancellation notice must be received seven days before the billing date in order to stop lessons for the next term.
If you have not practiced or done your homework, please don’t cancel. We ask that you attend your class and practice with the teacher. Otherwise that class is forfeited.

Refunds:
Please note that we do not offer refunds on lessons that have been paid for but not taken. If you are not able to physically take the remaining lessons as scheduled, you have the option of saving them for later (you have up to 10 weeks to resume lessons), giving them to a friend, or even donating them to underprivileged students.

Instructor Availability:
Should an instructor be absent, either another substitute teacher will be scheduled in their place or the instructor will be asked to coordinate a make up class within 14 days of the missed class.

Termination:
Oksana Management Group, Inc. requires a written 30-day notice in order to stop your lessons. Oksana Management Group, Inc. reserves the right to dismiss any student due to frequent absences, disciplinary reasons, overdue tuition payments or parental non-compliance with policies and procedures listed here.
